Where are you located?
We are based in Greenville, South Carolina, and proudly serve the Upstate and surrounding areas. Travel outside of Greenville is available and may include additional travel fees depending on distance and event scope.
What types of events do you cater?
We cater weddings, corporate functions, private dinners, nonprofit events, milestone celebrations, and social gatherings. From intimate events to large-scale celebrations, each experience is thoughtfully curated.
Do you offer customized menus?
Yes. Customized menus are our specialty. We collaborate closely with clients to design menus that reflect the event style, season, and dietary needs.
What is your minimum guest count?
Our full-service catering requires a minimum of 25 guests. For smaller gatherings, we offer private dining and chef-led experiences.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing varies based on menu selection, guest count, service style, staffing needs, rentals, and event logistics. Each proposal is custom-built and fully itemized.
Are there additional fees?
All events are subject to a 20% service fee, applicable sales tax, and potential travel fees. These are clearly outlined in your proposal.
Do you provide staff and rentals?
Yes. We offer professional servers, bartenders, setup and cleanup services. We also assist with coordinating rentals such as linens, china, flatware, and glassware.
Do you offer tastings?
Yes. Tastings are available for weddings and larger events by appointment. Tastings may include an additional fee, which may be applied toward your booking.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and allergy-conscious options are available with advance notice. While we take precautions, we are not an allergen-free kitchen.
Do you offer bar or beverage services?
Yes. We provide non-alcoholic beverage service and bar packages with professional bartenders. Alcohol is typically supplied by the client unless otherwise arranged.
What service styles do you offer?
We offer buffet, plated, family-style, stations, cocktail-style receptions, and chef-attended service styles based on your event needs.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weddings and peak seasons, as dates fill quickly.
What is required to secure my date?
A signed contract and 20% non-refundable deposit are required to officially reserve your event date.
When is the final guest count due?
Final guest counts and menu selections are due 14 days prior to the event and will be used for final billing.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Deposits are non-refundable. Additional payments may be credited toward a future event at our discretion.
